Transcripts

All colleges will require that an official transcript of high school grades accompany your application. Pick up a Transcript Request Form in the Guidance Office OR "select" (this means highlight with your cursor) and print the "selection" Transcript Request Form, below. Complete the form carefully and thoroughly and then bring the form back to the Guidance secretary. You must pick up your transcripts, in sealed envelopes, two days or more later. You or your parent must mail the envelopes containing your transcripts, with your applications and fees, directly to the colleges. All transcript requests must be in writing on the Transcript Request Form to minimize errors.

REMEMBER: IF YOU APPLY TO COLLEGE ONLINE, YOU MUST STILL REQUEST YOUR TRANSCRIPTS FROM GUIDANCE. 

 

Mailing of Application Materials

The student and his/her family are responsible for compiling the application, fee, transcript, portfolio, financial aid forms, essays and all other materials and mailing these materials before the application deadline. It is imperative that the correct first-class postage be affixed to the envelope so we suggest that you have the package weighed at the post office. Always include your return address. We suggest that the student review the completed application packet with his/her counselor before mailing.
