Become familiar with homework and makeup policies.

Find out when teachers are available to offer your child extra help.

Monitor the number of hours your child watches TV and plays video games.

Encourage your child to learn how to learn.

Make sure your child eats a healthy-well balanced breakfast.

Regular attendance at school will make the difference between academic success and failure. Be sure that your child is on time and at  school everyday.
